How We Work

A straightforward process designed to keep things clear from first contact to final tidy-up.

Gardening Assistance Service sessions are usually planned in focused 2 to 3 hour visits.

Initial Call

We discuss what you need, the condition of the garden and your priorities so I can advise the best approach.

Visit & Review

Where needed, I arrange a visit and may take photos for planning so the scope of work is clear before quoting.

Same-Day Quote

Most quotations are provided over the phone on the same day once the work has been properly reviewed.

Clear Pricing

The quoted price is the price you pay. Extra charges are only discussed if additional work is requested and agreed while on site.

Clean Finish

Every job is left tidy, with green waste removed, so your outdoor space is ready to use straight away.
